Do you have a keen eye for detail and a passion for cleanliness? Join our team as a Housekeeping Supervisor at De Vere Horsley Estate – a 175‑bedroom hotel in East Horsley. From meticulously clean rooms to thoughtful touches, you will check bedrooms on a daily basis, proactively addressing any housekeeping‑related requirements to ensure guest comfort and satisfaction. You will instil in your team the importance of paying attention to every detail, no matter how small, to create memorable moments for guests.

Key responsibilities

  • Lead by example, fostering a culture of warmth where colleagues feel appreciated and build genuine relationships with your team members, creating a sense of belonging and empowering them to take pride in their work.
  • Support with administrative tasks such as stock orders, laundry counts and rotas to ensure smooth running of the department.

Skills & experience

  • Previous experience in a similar role – hotel housekeeping experience is desirable but not essential.
  • Exceptional attention to detail, ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation are maintained throughout the hotel.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a diverse team.
  • Excellent organisational and time‑management skills, prioritising tasks and managing work schedules to meet operational requirements.
