Are you looking for a new Bar role? We are recruiting for a Bar Assistant to join our team at De Vere Horsley Estate in East Horsley, Surrey. You will need to be over 18 to apply for this position. As a Bar Assistant, you will play a key role in making sure our guests have a memorable and enjoyable visit to De Vere Horsley Estate. You will interact with our customers in a friendly and professional manner, ensuring their drinks are served efficiently. Our Bar team work a variety of shifts including weekends on a rota basis - we have both full-time and part-time/flexible hours available.
What we look for in a Bar Assistant:
- Someone who is engaging, welcoming and confident and will enjoy interacting with our bar guests.
- An eye for detail and intuitive approach to ensure high standards of service are provided.
- Ideally some knowledge of working on a bar - although this is not essential as training will be provided.
