Do you want to develop your HR experience within the hospitality industry?
A rare opportunity has arisen to join De Vere’s People & Culture team within the Inspire People Support Hub.
De Vere’s Inspire People Hub is the centralised hub for all of our hotels and venues. As a key member of this team, the People & Culture Coordinator provides people administrative support to all colleagues, liaising regularly with the People & Culture team across De Vere.
Your tasks will include:
- New starters and onboarding – including issuing Contracts of Employment, conducting reference checks and maintaining people records within our HR system, Fourth Hospitality.
- Responding to colleague queries through email and telephone, ensuring the Inspire People Hub’s services are accessible across De Vere.
- Coordinating internal communications for our colleagues, including producing our quarterly newsletter and the launch of key People & Culture initiatives.
- Administration of De Vere’s benefits and systems, including TRONC, Wagestream, Cycle2Work and anniversary stay bookings.
- Providing support to our Learning & Development, Talent Acquisition and Finance functions including generating reports, drafting marketing collateral and training content.
You will also have the opportunity to attend our quarterly People & Culture team meetings with the opportunity to work on wider projects to enhance our colleagues\’ experience at De Vere.
