Are you looking for a leisure fitness role with an opportunity to take on Personal Training clients? As a Leisure Assistant / Personal Trainer, you will support the Leisure Club Manager to ensure the smooth running of the hotel's health club, whilst being hands-on in the fitness team, delivering group fitness classes and having the opportunity to deliver Personal Training to our members. This role offers variety and an opportunity to be active and motivate others on a daily basis.
Duties will include:
- Gym inductions for new and existing health club members
- Group fitness class delivery
- Pool checks
- Administrative tasks such as updating membership records
- Delivering Personal Training sessions for members
What we look for from a Leisure Assistant / Personal Trainer:
- Someone who is self-motivated with excellent communication skills
- A Level 2 fitness instructor qualification along with the ability to design and lead fitness classes
- Pool Plant operator knowledge is desirable but not essential as a training qualification will be provided

- £12.71 per hour plus an additional £11 per Group Fitness class you deliver and 30% of all Personal Training revenue that you generate on top of your hourly rate
