We are looking for a Food & Beverage Supervisor to join the team at De Vere Cranage Estate, supporting our Restaurant & Bar operations. As a Food & Beverage Supervisor, you will lead by example to deliver a warm welcome and exceptional service while supporting the smooth day-to-day running of the department. Remaining hands-on during service, you'll help create memorable guest experiences, support and develop the team, and ensure high standards are consistently delivered across both the Restaurant & Bar operations.

This is a full-time role working 40 hours per week, with shifts varying in line with business needs. Weekend working is included on a rota basis.
