We are looking for a Food & Beverage Supervisor at De Vere Cranage Estate to support our Restaurant & Bar operations. As a Food & Beverage Supervisor, you will lead by example to deliver a warm welcome and exceptional service while supporting the smooth day‑to‑day running of the department. Remaining hands‑on during service, you’ll help create memorable guest experiences, support and develop the team, and ensure high standards are consistently delivered across both the Restaurant & Bar operations. This full‑time role works 40 hours per week with shifts varying in line with business needs. Weekend working is included on a rota basis.

Qualifications

  • Experience in a similar role within a restaurant or hospitality environment, with a passion for delivering high standards of service
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to support, motivate and develop a team
  • A positive and proactive approach, with the confidence to lead by example during service
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to remain calm and flexible in a fast‑paced environment
  • A keen eye for detail to ensure every aspect of the guest experience is delivered to a high standard
  • Most importantly, a warm, friendly and genuine approach to ensure every guest feels welcome
