We have an opening for a Restaurant Supervisor to join the team at De Vere Cotswold Water Park near South Cerney.

As the Restaurant Supervisor you'll work with our Restaurant Manager participating in the preparation, set up and service of the restauants to ensure they run smoothly.

You'll create memorable food and beverage experiences for our guests ensuring efficient, high standards of service at all time.

  • Your skills and experience
  • You will have experience as a Restaurant Supervisor preferably in a hotel environment although this is not essential
  • A positive approach and excellent communication skills with the ability to motivate, inspire and develop a team
  • A service orientated approach and a passion for high standards with experience of coaching, developing and training team members
  • Well organised, flexible and able to work well under pressure
