De Vere Beaumont Estate is looking for a Weekend Breakfast Supervisor to support and guide our team during the busy morning service. As a conference and events-focused hotel, De Vere Beaumont Estate offers a high-quality buffet breakfast that sets the tone for a productive day ahead for our guests.
As the Weekend Breakfast Supervisor you will take a lead role on the restaurant floor, ensuring breakfast is served efficiently, the environment is clean and welcoming, and the team is delivering excellent service to all our guests. You will also work closely with colleagues to help develop their skills and knowledge, as well as maintaining health and safety standards and completing shift duties such as opening checks.
Your Skills & Experience
- You have recent restaurant or hospitality experience and ideally some experience of supervising others.
- You are confident and guest focused and through an intuitive approach deliver exceptional levels of guest service, making everyone feel welcome.
- You are an excellent organiser, with a professional attitude and are able to delegate to others effectively.
- You are familiar with food safety, COSHH and health & safety procedures, or open to learning through training.
In return this role offers

Contract
- We are offering a 16 hour contract and this role involves working between the hours of 07:00 - 15:30 every weekend on a rota basis.
