We’re looking for a Marketing Executive to join our Sales team, supporting De Vere Beaumont Estate. This is a fantastic opportunity for a commercially minded marketer who enjoys variety, collaboration and seeing their work translate into real business impact.

As Marketing Executive you’ll play a key role in driving new business leads by planning and delivering engaging, on‑brand marketing activity. From targeted campaigns, content creation to digital and social activity, you’ll help increase visibility, generate enquiries and support revenue growth. Working closely with the Director of Sales, onsite teams and our Central Marketing function, you’ll translate insight, creativity and brand into measurable results.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Supporting the planning, delivery and tracking of multi‑channel marketing campaigns (digital, print, social and email)
  • Creating and editing compelling marketing content and brand collateral
  • Managing social media channels and supporting digital marketing activity, including third‑party platforms
  • Researching market trends, competitor activity and customer insight to inform agile marketing decisions
  • Ensuring brand guidelines are consistently applied across all touchpoints
  • Providing hands‑on marketing and administrative support across advertising, PR, photo shoots and promotions
  • Maintaining and developing mailing databases and supporting loyalty activity through Showtime
  • Supporting local marketing and PR initiatives to raise the profile of De Vere Beaumont Estate within the local community and target markets
  • Assisting with the organisation and promotion of hospitality events, showcase events, familiarisation trips and group visits
  • Supporting the preparation and coordination of VIP visits, client show rounds and familiarisation experiences, ensuring all marketing materials and hospitality elements are current and available

About You

  • You’ll have at least 1 year’s experience in a marketing role
  • Experience within hotels, event spaces or luxury brands would be a strong advantage
  • You’re organised, creative and commercially aware, with excellent attention to detail
  • Confident working with multiple stakeholders and managing competing priorities
  • Comfortable using social and digital platforms, with basic design skills or Canva experience desirable
