Are you an experienced Painter & Decorator looking to take the next step in your career? We are seeking a motivated and detail-driven professional to lead our painting and decorating team, ensuring our venue is always presented at its very best. As a Head Painter & Decorator you’ll play a key role in preserving the look and feel of our property, while also overseeing the smooth delivery of decorating projects across the venue.

Working closely with the Maintenance Manager, you’ll supervise painting and decorating tasks, ensuring the highest standards are maintained throughout. You’ll lead by example, making sure all work is carried out safely, with minimal disruption to our guests, and that your team consistently delivers a first-class service. Alongside managing projects, you’ll also support with hands-on decorating and occasionally assist with general maintenance tasks when needed.

Your Skills & Experience

  • Proven experience as a Painter & Decorator in a hotel
  • Management or team leadership experience, with the ability to motivate and guide others
