As a Chef de Partie at De Vere, you’ll be a vital member of our kitchen brigade, playing a key role in delivering exceptional food experiences to our guests.
Responsibilities
- Work in a team environment, where you’ll continually learn and develop, with clear opportunities to progress your career with De Vere.
- Prepare, cook and present dishes within your designated section, showcasing your culinary skills and attention to detail.
- Support and mentor Demi Chef de Parties and Commis Chefs, contributing to the development of a talented and passionate brigade.
- Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness, food hygiene and health & safety across the kitchen.
This is a full-time position, working 40 hours per week over 5 days, including weekends on a rota basis. Any overtime is paid, alongside a share of service charge.
