As Assistant Food & Beverage Manager, you'll play a key role in the day-to-day running of our restaurants and bars, helping to deliver exceptional dining experiences for our guests. Working closely with the Food & Beverage Manager, you'll lead and support the team, maintain consistently high service standards and contribute to the commercial success of the department.
Your Skills & Experience
- You have previous experience in a supervisory or management role within a quality food and beverage operation, with experience in large, busy environments and/or fine dining.
- You have a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences and enjoy leading by example, training and developing colleagues to deliver consistently high standards.
- You are highly organised, adaptable and thrive in a fast-paced hospitality environment, enjoying working with large, diverse teams.
