Are you ready to take the lead in delivering exceptional guest experiences as an Assistant Reception Manager? As the Assistant Reception Manager your mission is to ensure guests' expectations are not only met but exceeded throughout their stay. From extending a warm welcome to efficiently handling guest requests, you'll be a driving force behind the team consistently delivering unforgettable experiences that leave a lasting impression.
You will also support the Front of House Manager with a variety of tasks and training activities, which will develop your management skills and experience to ensure the smooth running of the department. In this role you’ll continually learn and develop, have access to industry leading training and have the opportunity to develop your career with De Vere! This is a full‑time role that involves working a mixture of shifts: early shifts from 7 am to 3:30 pm, late shifts from 2:30 pm to 11:00 pm, and middle shifts from 9 am to 5:30 pm, with weekends on a rota basis.
Your Skills & Experience
- You will have hospitality experience and a track record of delivering outstanding guest service in a similar role.
- You have effective communication skills and are able to build strong relationships with your colleagues and establish a genuine rapport with guests.
- You embrace technology with confidence and are proficient using IT software.
- Familiarity with Opera would be advantageous, but is not mandatory as training will be provided.
