Looking for a marketing role that blends creativity, communication, and variety?
We’re looking for a Sales & Marketing Administrator to join our team on a part-time basis (20 hours per week) at De Vere Tortworth Court, supporting our sales and marketing efforts to help drive business growth and deliver memorable guest experiences.
In this varied role, you’ll work closely with the Director of Sales and the Sales & Marketing Manager to keep our activities running smoothly – from research and admin through to digital content and event coordination.
As a Sales & Marketing Administrator, You Will
- Conduct research calls to identify new business opportunities and secure appointments
- Coordinate sales site visits and client events, both on- and off-site
- Support the planning and execution of marketing campaigns and promotions
- Manage our venue’s social media content calendar across Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn
- Design and update branded collateral
- Provide occasional support to the events team and attend industry events as needed

- Have experience in an administrative, sales, or marketing support role – ideally within hospitality, but we’re open to other backgrounds
- Feel confident picking up the phone and building great relationships with clients and suppliers
- Bring creativity to everything you do – especially when using Canva and social media platforms
