Are you looking for your next role as a Restaurant & Bar Manager? We have an opening for a Restaurant & Bar Manager to join the team at De Vere Latimer in Chesham.

As the Restaurant & Bar Manager you will work alongside our Food & Beverage Manager to ensure the restaurant and bar areas run smoothly with a particular focus on driving revenue and service delivery as well as financially critiquing all cost KPI’s. You will be responsible for the team from recruitment to training and retention activities and will enjoy leading by example and motivating your team to deliver memorable experiences. This is a full time role working a variety of shifts including weekends on a rota basis.

Your Skills & Experience

  • You have restaurant and bars management experience and can demonstrate how you have helped to drive sales and maximise profit.
  • You are confident and guest focused and through an intuitive approach deliver exceptional levels of guest service, making everyone feel welcome.
  • You are an excellent organiser, with a professional attitude and are able to delegate to others effectively.
  • You enjoy managing people and motivating and developing members of the team.
