Join De Vere Wokefield Estate in Mortimer as a Senior Guest Relations Manager, where you’ll play a key role in shaping the guest experience while supporting and leading a small team. In this role, you’ll act as a senior host within the hotel, building strong relationships with guests and ensuring every stay is memorable.
You’ll oversee the day-to-day running of the Guest Relations function, managing and supporting two Guest Relations Managers and working closely with the Rooms Division Director. You’ll also take ownership of guest feedback and reputation, using insight to drive improvements and help enhance the hotel’s TrustYou score. This is a full-time role working a mixture of early, late and weekend shifts in line with business needs.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Act as a visible and welcoming presence within the hotel
- Support and guide the Guest Relations team in delivering exceptional service
- Build strong relationships with guests and handle feedback and escalations
- Monitor reviews and feedback, identifying trends and opportunities to improve
- Work closely with other departments to enhance the overall guest journey

- Experience in guest relations or front office, ideally at a supervisory level
- A natural host with strong interpersonal skills
- Confidence supporting or leading a small team
- A proactive approach and passion for delivering great guest experiences
