As the Food Stock Controller you will be responsible for receiving all food deliveries to the Hotel, checking for any discrepancies and ensuring they are stored correctly. You will organise and issue all food goods from the Stores accurately to the dedicated area/fridges whilst liaising with the Kitchen Porters to maintain the tidiness and cleanliness of our loading bay/delivery area.
