People & Culture Coordinator – De Vere Grand Connaught Rooms, Covent Garden

Full‑time, on‑site role supporting the People & Culture Manager and busy event operations teams.

Central to delivering a seamless colleague experience across the entire lifecycle – from recruitment and onboarding to payroll administration, engagement activity, HR processes and rota planning. As the first point of contact for operational teams, you’ll ensure accurate time and attendance records, answer day‑to‑day queries and keep all shifts covered so our iconic events venue runs effortlessly.

Skills & Experience

  • Organised, detail‑focused and confident working with systems, data and scheduling.
  • Approachable and people‑centred, with a natural ability to build trust with colleagues at all levels.
  • Proactive and solutions‑focused, able to bring structure and clarity to a fast‑paced operations environment.
  • Comfortable balancing multiple priorities and keeping processes running smoothly.
  • Interested in developing HR and people skills across onboarding, engagement, administration and colleague welfare.

The Pay & Benefits

  • ÂŁ30,000 per annum
