Meeting & Events Sales Conversion Executive
De Vere Beaumont Estate, one of the largest hotel event venues in the UK, has an opening for a Meetings and Events Sales Conversion Executive to join the team in Old Windsor. This is an onsite office position working 5 days per week.
As the Meeting & Events Sales Conversion Executive
You’ll proactively convert key conference, corporate, and banqueting business through showrounds and proactive follow‑up, maximising conversion opportunities across all event types.
Your Skills & Experience
- You have experience working as part of an events sales or planning team in a hotel or venue where you regularly conducted sales appointments and show rounds.
- You have a confident approach and are able to forge strong working relationships, creating genuine connections with clients and colleagues through excellent communication skills.
- You are experienced using IT software – familiarity with Opera software would be beneficial but is not essential, as training can be provided.
- You share our values such as being graciously warm, demonstrating a genuine approach, anticipating guest needs, and ensuring every detail is considered.
