We are recruiting for a Housekeeping Manager to join our team at De Vere Beaumont Estate in Old Windsor.

The role offers a salary of up to £35,000 plus and excellent benefits to include free use of our gym and swimming pool, £50 staff stays at our De Vere Hotels, 31 days holiday plus a paid day off for your birthday, to name just a few.

As the Housekeeping Manager you'll be responsible for setting, monitoring and maintaining the highest level of housekeeping and guest service standards.

Your attention to detail will ensure that our guests enjoy meticulously clean rooms and memorable moments throughout their stay.

You will monitor and control equipment and linen to ensure suitable stocks are maintained and costs are controlled.

You will lead by example, fostering a culture of warmth where colleagues feel appreciated and by building genuine relationships with your team, you will create a sense of belonging, empowering them to take pride in their work.
