Join our team at De Vere Wokefield Estate as a Part Time Finance Assistant and be at the heart of the hotel’s back of house operations. If you have a keen eye for detail and enjoy working with numbers, this role offers an excellent opportunity to develop your finance skills in the hospitality industry.

As a Finance Assistant, you will work as part of a team to ensure the smooth financial functioning of the hotel. Working closely with our other Finance Assistant, you will process supplier invoices and administration, as well as complete daily banking analysis.

This role involves working 25 hours per week on-site, Monday to Friday, ideally in the mornings.

To be successful as a Finance Assistant, you will have:

  • Previous experience in finance or a relevant qualification
  • An interest in the hospitality and events industry and the ability to deliver high standards of service
  • The ability to work effectively with numbers and communicate with others both within the hotel and with external clients
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel

While experience with accounting software & Opera is desirable, it is not essential; we value your ability to learn and adapt.
