At De Vere, we’re looking for an Energy Manager to design and deliver a group-wide energy strategy that balances innovation with the unique demands of our heritage properties and modernised sites.
Based at our Windsor head office, you’ll also travel regularly across our estate of eight large hotels and event venues.

You’ll work closely with the Head of Property, ESG leaders, leadership teams and General Managers to identify opportunities, embed best practice, and deliver projects that make a measurable difference. From lighting upgrades and HVAC optimisation to renewable feasibility studies, you’ll use data-driven insights to guide decisions, negotiate with suppliers, and ensure every project delivers real value.
