Looking for an active role working as part of a friendly team? Join our Housekeeping team at De Vere Horsley Estate in East Horsley as a Linen Porter and be part of our valued Housekeeping team creating memorable moments for our guests.
As a Linen Porter you will assist the housekeeping team by distributing linen deliveries and ensuring all relevant areas are stocked ready for our Housekeeping Assistants. You will also clear the used linen stock and ensure this is counted and ready for collection. You will also assist with some laundry activities and tasks to support such as stripping beds and some public area cleaning. Through the valued work you do, you'll help to ensure our guests enjoy a memorable experience that will leave a lasting impact.
The shift patterns for this role are 8am/9am - 4:30pm/5:30pm (including weekends on a rota basis).
Responsibilities- Distribute linen deliveries and ensure areas are stocked for Housekeeping Assistants
- Clear used linen stock and count it, ready for collection
- Assist with laundry activities and tasks, such as stripping beds
- Assist with public area cleaning as required
- A flexible can-do attitude

- Cleaning experience or experience in a similarly physical role
