Assistant Nights Manager – De Vere Beaumont Estate

Ensure smooth nighttime operations, guests’ safety and comfort, and high service standards during 10:30 pm to 7 am shifts.

Look after guests and hotel between 10:30 pm and 7 am, 5 nights out of 7 each week.
Complete the night audit, check guests in and out of the hotel as required.
Perform hotel walk‑arounds throughout the night to ensure security and safety.
Handle any issues or complaints occurring overnight.
Work on duty with at least one other nights team member.
Support events team members who may be on site until early morning during weddings or other events.

Experience working during night hours and suitability to nighttime work.
Hospitality experience or a background in a guest‑focused service role.
Enjoyment of interacting with people and delivering high service standards.
Confidence working at night in a large hotel with one other colleague and responsibility for guests’ health & safety.

£28,966 per year plus a share of Service Charge.
