Do you have experience working in Bars? Are you looking for the next step in your career? De Vere Wokefield Estate in Reading is recruiting an Assistant Bar Manager to support and guide our team of Bar Tenders. Our Bar Team plays a key role in making sure our guests have a memorable and enjoyable visit to the hotel.

As the Assistant Bar Manager you will support the Bar Manager and take a lead role on the bar creating and serving drinks and engaging with guests on a daily basis. You will also work closely with colleagues to help develop their skills and knowledge, as well as keeping the bar area clean and well stocked at all times. This role involves working a variety of shifts, including weekends, on a rota basis.
