We are seeking an organised, creative and proactive individual to play a key role not only in delivering high‑quality reprographics and resource management, but also in shaping how the school communicates and presents itself to both internal and external audiences.

Your Opportunity

This position offers a unique opportunity to contribute to the production and development of key communications – such as the school website and prospectus – ensuring they are engaging, professional and effectively promote the school’s values, achievements and ethos to prospective families and the wider community.

What we’re looking for

  • Good literacy and numeracy skills evidenced by grade ‘C’ at GCSE (or equivalent) in English & Maths
  • Excellent IT skills
  • Ability to plan and manage a busy, varied workload
  • Ability to work alone and as part of a team with a positive, problem‑solving approach

The Details

  • Start Date: 1st September 2026
  • Salary: GLF Associate 2 Point 1 £23,914 to Point 10 £24,452 (dependent on experience)
  • Actual Salary: £20,001.59 to £20,451.58 (dependent on experience)
  • Hours: 35 hours per week – 0800 to 1530 Monday to Friday (term time only)
  • Closing Date: 22nd June 2026 – 9am
