Working collaboratively with senior leaders, the Head of Department, and a vibrant team of Lead Practitioners, you will lead innovation, develop impactful curriculum and teaching strategies, and support colleagues to ensure every student achieves their very best. This is an exciting opportunity to make a tangible difference within our school community while modelling excellence and driving continuous improvement in English education.

de Stafford School is an 11-16 comprehensive school located in Caterham, Surrey which joined GLF Schools MAT in December 2016. The school serves predominantly the local Caterham community with the majority of students residing within the CR3 catchment area.
