Overview
De Montfort Veterinary Hospital are an RCVS-accredited practice located in the market town of Evesham. The team consists of 4 FTE vets, 7.5 FTE RVNs and 1 SVN. The hospital is supported by a dedicated team to maintain high standards of care. It is a Veterinary Nurse training centre, an ISFM Cat Friendly Clinic (Gold Award) and an RWAF Clinic (Silver Award). The clinical team includes certificate holders and specialists in medicine, dentistry, ECC, surgery, feline nursing and behavioural work. Equipment includes digital X-ray, dental X-ray, ultrasound, endoscopy, IDEXX analysers, among others.

How You’ll Make a Difference
As a Primary Care Veterinary Surgeon, you’ll work collaboratively with the wider practice team to deliver a high standard of patient and client care across a varied caseload. You’ll continue to develop your clinical skills and interests while sharing knowledge with colleagues and contributing positively to the clinical culture of the practice. You’ll be an integral member of the clinical team, delivering excellent care and supporting the ongoing development of those around you.

- Taking charge of your own clinical caseload, including a well-balanced caseload of surgery and medicine.
- Supporting the wider team to ensure the highest standards of practice are maintained.

We understand that life happens outside of the clinic and are committed to helping you find a rhythm that works, whether that’s a fixed rota or something more bespoke.
- A typical full-time role involves 40 hours per week, over a 4-day week.
- There’s also 1:4 Saturday mornings (08:30 – 13:00).
- No out of hours or bank holidays required.
