It is home to the Leicester School of Allied Health Sciences in which this post will be based.

Main duties and responsibilities:

  • You will work as part of a team, primarily delivering high-quality teaching and training across a range of programmes.
  • In addition to adult aural diagnostics and rehabilitation, we are seeking candidates with experience and expertise in paediatric audiology, including assessment and rehabilitation.
  • You would contribute to teaching and training across our programmes, including the development and delivery of new programmes and short courses.
  • The Audiology section of the school is one of the largest in the country and boasts excellent facilities with the latest clinical equipment.
  • It offers an excellent opportunity for engagement in enterprise activities and research.

Ideal Candidate:

  • The ideal candidate will have relevant experience and a genuine enthusiasm for the subject.
  • They should possess a broad foundation in audiology and be able to contribute across a range of teaching and training activities.
  • While a postgraduate qualification in Audiology would be advantageous, we welcome applications from candidates with substantial clinical experience in paediatric audiology.
  • The successful candidate will be passionate about teaching and training, demonstrate creativity and initiative, and be committed to developing and expanding professional networks.
