Main duties and responsibilities:
- You will deliver high‐quality teaching and training across a range of programmes.
- In addition to adult aural diagnostics and rehabilitation, you will bring expertise in paediatric audiology and/or diagnostic audiology (evoked response audiometry).
- You will contribute to programme development, including the creation of new programmes and short courses.
- The role also encompasses key responsibilities with the academic placement team, requiring professional practice experience.
- The Audiology section of the school provides excellent facilities and opportunities for research.
Salary and contract:
The position is full‐time, permanent. Salary is £39,906 – £56,535 depending on appointment as Lecturer or Senior Lecturer.
Ideal candidate:
- Enthusiastic, experienced in Audiology with an all‐round grounding in the subject.
- A postgraduate qualification is desirable but significant clinical experience is essential.
- You must be passionate about teaching and training, creative, and willing to develop networks.
- A satisfactory basic DBS check will be required.
