Like most businesses, we’re busy. We know there are better ways of doing things, but we don’t always have the time to research every new development, test new ideas or make sure we’re getting the very best from the technology available to us. That’s why we’re creating this brand-new role.

The Role
This is a varied role that will work across every area of our business. You’ll spend time getting to know how we work, talking to different teams, understanding where time is being lost and looking for ways technology can help. Some days you’ll be building AI tools to support the business - other days you’ll be reviewing a process, improving our data or testing new software to see whether it’s worth introducing. You’ll also help make sure the improvements you introduce become part of the way we work by creating simple guidance, supporting colleagues and continually looking for ways to improve.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Helping us make the best use of AI across the business.
- Building and maintaining internal AI tools to support different teams.
- Looking for opportunities to improve or automate repetitive tasks.
- Reviewing our processes and suggesting better ways of working.
- Helping improve the quality and consistency of our business data.
- Researching new technology and recommending what is genuinely worth adopting.
- Creating simple guides and training to help colleagues feel confident using new technology.
- Monitoring how our AI tools are being used and making sure they continue to evolve as the business grows.
About You
We’re looking for someone who’s naturally curious, enjoys solving problems and is excited by the opportunities technology brings. Ideally, you’ll:
- Be a recent graduate or at the beginning of your career.
- Use AI regularly and enjoy exploring new technology.
- Be organised and analytical.
- Enjoy improving processes and making things more efficient.
- Be confident talking to people and understanding how they work.
- Be happy taking ownership of projects and seeing them through.
Experience in financial services isn’t essential - we’re really looking for is someone who enjoys learning and wants to make a real difference.
What Success Looks Like
After your first year, we’ll be making much better use of AI and technology across the business. Our team will feel confident using the tools available to them, our processes will be more efficient, and we’ll be spending less time on repetitive tasks and more time looking after our clients.
