The Role:
We're looking for an experienced and proactiveMortgage Adviserto join our growing team. You'll work closely with our Financial Planners, providing mortgage and protection advice to new and existing clients. We're looking for someone who enjoys building relationships, takes pride in delivering great advice and wants to play an active role in developing our mortgage and protection offering.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Providing tailored mortgage and protection advice to clients.
- Managing mortgage applications from initial enquiry through to completion.
- Building strong relationships with clients and delivering excellent service.
- Working closely with our Financial Planners to support existing clients and identify new opportunities.
- Proactively managing your pipeline and helping grow our mortgage and protection business.
- Ensuring all advice and client records meet regulatory requirements.
What We're Looking For:
We're looking for someone withprevious mortgage and protection advice experience and CeMAP or an equivalent qualification. More importantly, someone who:
- Is personable, approachable and enjoys building relationships.
- Communicates clearly and makes complex information easy to understand.
- Is proactive, organised and takes ownership of their work.
- Is commercially minded and motivated to develop new business.
- Enjoys working collaboratively as part of a team.
- Genuinely cares about delivering great client outcomes.
