As a global Field Marketing Specialist, you are responsible for designing and executing high-impact marketing initiatives that drive brand awareness, generate high-quality leads and sales meetings, and nurture Malt clients in the UK and globally. While the primary focus is the French market, you will play a pivotal role in the global marketing squad, sharing best practices and supporting cross‑regional campaigns to support the global sales strategy. You will report to the global Head of Field Marketing, inside the Demand & Performance marketing team.

Responsibilities

  • Plan and deliver demand generation programs to acquire new Enterprise customers and market to existing customers, including integrated campaigns, events, ABM 1to1 programmes and digital marketing.
  • Partner with the relevant marketing teams (Demand Gen, Communications, Product Marketing or Brand) to create demand generation campaigns or localise global campaigns covering all our business in the UK.
  • Establish the calendar of events (both digital and physical) and marketing campaigns.
