Responsibilities

  • Define and deploy Malt's European corporate PR strategy with a focus on the UK market.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with top-tier journalists and specialist media.
  • Develop executive thought leadership and media positioning for the CEO and "Malt X" spokespersons.
  • Craft compelling narratives and write high-impact papers, op-eds, and briefings that align with business priorities.
  • Manage the communication agency relationship to ensure Malt maintains DNA ownership while driving media clippings.
  • Coordinate media activities including interviews, press events, and ecosystem associations (Tech, HR).

Qualifications

  • Ideally educated to a high level in communications, journalism, or a related field.
  • 7+ years of experience in corporate communications or PR, preferably within the tech ecosystem or senior public sector roles.
  • Extensive network: a large, well-established "address book" of journalist contacts and media relationships.
  • Language skills: English at a native level is mandatory; French is a strong plus.
  • Strategic & Agile: proven ability to move fast in a scaling organization while managing senior stakeholders and executives.
