Key Responsibilities
- Deliver technical training on agricultural machinery to dealer staff across the UK
- Create and update engaging course materials, including blended and virtual learning resources
- Support qualification pathways and learner progression within the dealer network
- Attend international training forums to contribute to global curriculum development
- Continuously improve teaching quality through learner feedback and peer observation
- Promote safeguarding, equality, and inclusion across all learning environments
Desirable Skillset Includes
- Strong background in agricultural engineering
- Level 3 qualification (or higher) in agricultural engineering or a related discipline
- Confidence in delivering both practical and theory-based sessions
- Knowledge of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and transmission systems
- Willingness to travel within the UK and occasionally to Europe for training
- Teaching qualification (or willingness to undertake one)
