Rather than chasing short-term sales, they focus on providing honest, practical nutritional advice that delivers long-term results. As a Ruminant Nutritionist, you'll work closely with dairy, beef and sheep farmers across your territory, becoming a trusted adviser and helping them maximise performance, profitability and animal health through sound nutritional management. You'll spend your time on farm, building lasting relationships, understanding individual business goals and providing tailored feeding recommendations. Location : The territory will be tailored around the successful candidate, with an established customer ledger allocated accordingly. Provide technical ruminant nutrition support to farming customers. Formulate practical and profitable diets for dairy, beef and sheep enterprises. Analyse farm performance and provide nutritional recommendations. Manage and develop customer accounts across your territory. Liaise with production teams to ensure feed quality standards are maintained. Relevant qualification in ruminant nutrition, animal science or a related discipline. Strong technical knowledge of dairy, beef and sheep nutrition. Confident communicator with the ability to build long-term customer relationships.
