The Role
As Office & Experience Manager, you'll be the face of the Hub, the first person people see, and the person who quietly keeps everything running smoothly behind the scenes. This is not a people management role, it's about managing an environment. You'll be based primarily on the main entrance desk, but this is not a static role. You'll be up and about, speaking with innovators, tenants, visitors and colleagues, liaising with heads of departments, and making sure the Hub feels welcoming, organised and alive.
What You'll Be Doing
- Acting as the first point of contact for everyone coming into the Hub
- Creating and maintaining a well run, welcoming environment, rather than just processing tasks
- Liaising with other heads of department, contractors and internal teams
- Coordinating day to day operations: meeting rooms, visitors, stock, supplies and logistics
- Being comfortable working in the grey, handling issues that don't come with a rulebook
- Supporting basic admin tasks including minutes, spreadsheets and reports
- Ensuring health & safety awareness across the space
- Being visible, inquisitive and engaged, not shutting the door and disappearing into admin
About You:
- Be inquisitive and curious about people and situations
- Be comfortable making decisions where things aren't black and white
- Have solid working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and general office systems
- Have experience of working with people, not just processes
- Want a role you can grow into long term, not use as a stop gap
What's On Offer
- Competitive salary
- A long term, stable role with real ownership and visibility
- A people facing position where no two days are the same
- Autonomy and trust to manage the Hub environment day to day
