Are you a Private Client fee earner who enjoys building strong relationships and working somewhere where you can develop your skills, learn from experienced Partners and take on increasingly complex matters over time? A well-regarded practice in Wiltshire is seeking a Private Client Paralegal, Legal Executive or Solicitor to join its Agriculture and Landed Estates team. You will work closely with experienced Partners to provide support as well as have opportunities for independent case handling. This is a role suited to someone who wants to consolidate their private client experience, become involved in rural and agricultural client work, and grow their technical expertise in a supportive environment.
The Role
- Assist Partners with ongoing caseloads while also managing your own matters.
- Typical work will include:
- Drafting Wills
- Preparing and registering Lasting Powers of Attorney
- Administering Estates
- Working with clients across the agricultural and rural community where appropriate
- Building good relationships with referrers, local firms and the farming community
- Delivering a consistently high quality service with a strong client focus
There is scope for genuine development, with the opportunity to take on more complex work as your confidence and experience grow.
What You Will Bring
