Deliver farm management and business consultancy to a diverse farming client base. Develop business strategies, budgets, cashflows and management reports. Identify opportunities to improve profitability, efficiency and long-term resilience. Advise on agricultural policy, compliance and environmental regulations. Support diversification, development and growth projects. Assist with farm staff recruitment, management and development. We're looking for a proactive and professional individual with a genuine passion for agriculture and rural business management. Experience within farm management, estate management or agricultural consultancy. Strong understanding of commercial farming and rural businesses. Excellent analytical and financial skills.
