The De La Warr Pavilion is seeking a strong leader who can spearhead the digital transformation of the organisation alongside a major capital project. The role will include identifying and implementing system and network changes according to the changing needs of the organisation, project manage the implementation of a new website and Digital Asset Management System and manage internal change including training.

The successful candidate will ideally have 5 years experience in Digital Change Management and be able to work independently across all teams.
