Reporting to the Head of HR, Group Manufacturing Operations and Transformation, the role will lead the local HR team and play a key role in formulating and implementing business and HR strategy, policies, procedures, and systems to ensure efficient HR support services on site.
The Lead HR Business Partner will be a key member of the site Senior Leadership Team, effectively partnering with the Plant Manager and other key stakeholders to ensure the successful running of the site as a member of the Committee of Management (COM).
The role will have 3 direct reports and a dotted line report to the Plant Manager Debden, and will be a member of the Site Senior Leadership Team (SLT).
