We are looking for a motivated and creative Junior Graphic Designer to join our Marketing Team at De La Rue on a 12-month fixed-term contract. The ideal candidate will have a strong eye for detail and a passion for producing high-quality visual content. The candidate will also be comfortable working across a range of formats, supporting the creation of clear, engaging and consistent design materials for both internal and external audiences. The candidate will bring a positive, collaborative approach, be open to feedback, and take pride in delivering work that aligns with brand standards. Well organised and able to manage multiple tasks, the candidate will be keen to develop skills, contribute ideas, and grow within a supportive and fast‑paced team environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Create on-brand design across digital and print—supporting campaigns, sales bids, presentations and social media—with clarity, precision and creativity.
- Support product and marketing campaigns across international markets, creating tailored design materials that resonate across cultures and languages.
- Contribute to brand-building initiatives for both internal and external events, ensuring a consistent and impactful presence globally.
- Collaborate with our sales teams to develop clear, compelling presentations and targeted collateral that support commercial success in diverse markets.
- Ensure a consistently high standard of visual quality across all deliverables, maintaining a cohesive and recognisable brand presence and adhering to brand guidelines.
- Create infographics, presentations, website content, social media posts, newsletters, sales collateral, site branding and signage, across a variety of media formats.
Contract Type: Temporary – 12-month FTC
Working Hours: Full Time – 36.5 hrs per week (9am – 5:15pm Mon, 9am – 5pm Tues – Fri)

Skills, Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in graphic design or equivalent experience.
- A strong portfolio, demonstrating creativity, attention to detail, and versatility across design formats with focus on corporate brand design.
- Ideally Adobe Creative Suite qualified with excellent knowledge including Photoshop, InDesign and Illustrator, with working experience of Premiere Pro and After Effects for video and motion content.
- Strong capability in Microsoft Office applications—particularly PowerPoint—for creating clear, visually engaging presentations.
- Joomla experience or similar platform (desirable).
- Keen to stay ahead of industry trends, applying best‑practice design thinking to continually evolve and strengthen our creative output (desirable).
- Language skills to support the translation of written content (e.g. into French or Spanish or Portuguese or Russian or Arabic is helpful but not essential).
