As our Ecommerce Manager you will be part of an exciting journey within a newly formed D2C EMEA team that is accountable for driving our online sales growth and ensuring a seamless customer experience for our EU and International sites. You will be responsible for managing and optimising our e-commerce operations, driving revenue, and managing campaigns launches across Europe and Rest of the World. Your expertise will be crucial in achieving our sales and profit targets and ensuring we are delivering the best user experience.

Responsibilities

  • Website & Localisation Management: Take ownership of the websites, ensuring localised content, pricing, and product availability for each market. Create and lead market-specific trading calendars to achieve targets. Manage site merchandising to reflect customer preferences and regional demand.
  • Campaign Delivery: Planning, briefing and executing global and regional campaigns across the website and marketing channels, working with the global team to get the right assets, and with agencies for timely execution.
  • Operations Oversight: Working closely with the global Supply and Logistics teams and the 3PL to maintain an agreed level of stock cover across all skus, and ensure timely delivery of orders to all customers.
  • Trading: Support to deliver a strong trade and marketing plan, supported by effective online merchandising and a considered pricing and promotional strategy.
  • User Experience Optimisation: Identify new initiatives and ensure an exceptional customer experience by optimising the website\'s usability, design, and functionality. Combine an A/B testing roadmap with support from the Global digital and Creative teams to enhance the online shopping journey and improve overall site performance.
  • Paid Media: manage our paid media agency to optimise our growth and acquisition channel.
  • Analysis & Reporting: Own the data analysis of the websites to identify opportunities in consumer profiling and targeting, working with the wider team. Analyse and regularly report on e-commerce performance based on a set of agreed metrics. Build an understanding of customer behaviour to drive future decision making.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with the Global functions of Marketing, Digital, Customer Service, Supply Chain, and other departments to ensure a cohesive and integrated online presence and a smooth and efficient operation. Collaborate closely with the UK D2C Team to deliver effective ecommerce strategies, market goals and initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in e-commerce management, with a strong focus on localisation across multiple international markets (ideally outside the UK & US).
  • Minimum 4 years experience, ideally with a focus on acquisition.
  • Strong knowledge of e-commerce platforms (Shopify experience preferred but not essential).
  • Strong commercial and trade experience, with a deep understanding of the key levers to pull throughout the marketing funnel to drive growth within e-commerce.
  • Previous experience designing and executing strategy around the different user journeys across social, search, paid.
  • Proficiency in digital platforms, analytics tools such as Google Analytics.
  • Detail-oriented, with experience in managing website operations and online merchandising.
  • Strong communication and organisational skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Exceptional analytical and data driven approach.
