de Gournay is seeking a highly creative and experienced Senior Graphic Designer to join our creative HQ in London. In this role within our design team, you will help maintain the image of our brand through the creation of beautiful and engaging visual assets. Working closely with our Brand Director, as well as the wider marketing and creative team, you will concept and produce innovative design solutions across all platforms that support and enhance the visual identity of the brand. Your responsibilities will include design execution, creative development, team collaboration, and production across all platforms, ensuring brand consistency and excellence throughout. A strong eye for detail, and a proactive, flexible attitude are essential. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite is required, along with a commitment to upholding quality and consistency across all visual assets.
Responsibilities
- Concept and produce highly creative visual assets across all platforms, collaborating with the Brand Director to develop and evolve our visual language.
- Propose innovative design solutions that enhance storytelling.
- Maintain and develop brand consistency across all touchpoints.
- Manage a project from start to finish by co‑ordinating with the wider marketing and design teams, meeting deadlines and communicating effectively throughout.
- Work seamlessly across print and digital, ensuring technical specifications are met for all outputs.
- Manage junior designers by providing guidance and support when needed.
- Contribute ideas during creative briefings and brainstorming sessions.
- Maintain organised file structures and asset libraries.
- Print: Design our brochures, marketing materials, and packaging. Prepare print‑ready files and liaise with printer and suppliers.
- Digital: Design and maintain our website, and produce engaging digital marketing materials, invitations etc.
- Campaigns and events: Create visual identities and roll out required assets for new launches, as well as concept and design event signage, presentations, branded environments.
Skills and Qualifications
- Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field.
- Professional design experience, preferably in interior design editorial, or brand agency.
- Expert proficiency in: InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop.
- A strong portfolio demonstrating excellence in layout design, and branding.
- Experience designing for both print and digital platforms.
- Well‑organised with strong attention to detail in file naming, archiving, and task follow‑through.
- Flexible, proactive, and eager to learn in a fast‑paced creative environment.
- Able to adapt to shifting deadlines and priorities.
- Good written and verbal communication skills in English; additional languages are a bonus.
LOCATION: London, Chelsea. Full‑time. START DATE: Immediate start. SALARY: Competitive according to level of experience. This position is a full‑time role based in our London offices.
