We're looking for a highly organised Embroidery Assistant to join the team at our Chelsea office.
This role is less about creating designs and more about keeping embroidery projects moving. You'll be the bridge between our creative team and production, coordinating samples, managing orders, tracking projects, and ensuring every detail is in place from concept to completion.
You'll be responsible for:
- Coordinating embroidery projects and timelines
- Managing sample and showroom orders
- Reviewing and preparing embroidery artwork
- Proofing client orders and colour palettes
- Supporting product launches and bespoke client requests
- Using Adobe Illustrator (essential) and Photoshop to prepare and amend artwork
- Keeping projects organised and ensuring nothing slips through the cracks
We're looking for someone who:
- Is exceptionally organised with excellent attention to detail
- Thrives on juggling multiple projects and keeping everything on track
- Has strong Adobe Illustrator & Photoshop skills
- Enjoys problem-solving and improving processes
- Is proactive, reliable and happy to get stuck in wherever needed
A creative background is a bonus, but we're really looking for someone with a project management mindset who loves organisation, logistics and making things happen behind the scenes.
This position is a full-time role based in our London offices. Applicants must already have the right to work in the UK.
