What the job involves
- Plan and deliver a child-centred, progressive curriculum building literacy, numeracy and personal development
- Track children's development through continuous observation and assessment to drive attainment and progress
- Maintain safe, stimulating indoor and outdoor learning environments that encourage independent learning
- For senior candidates: model exemplary classroom practice and contribute to curriculum development across the Key Stage
- For senior candidates: mentor early-career colleagues
Qualifications
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
Experience
- Significant experience teaching in the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS)
