What you'll do:
- Act as the key operational link between IoD clients and internal teams, ensuring smooth delivery of services within the Maidenhead laboratory.
- Support the Maidenhead General Manager with day-to-day coordination of client requirements and operational logistics.
- Provide first-line issue resolution, troubleshooting service challenges and coordinating responses across relevant stakeholders.
- Manage client accounts administration, including invoicing, reporting, communications, and data accuracy.
- Oversee the Maidenhead administration function, ensuring timely reporting, documentation control, and adherence to SOPs and policies.
- Support delivery of internal and capital projects by coordinating resources, suppliers, and administrative activities across IoD and related business units.
What you bring:
- Customer service or coordination experience within an operational or client-facing environment.
- Strong experience in data analysis, reporting, and handling client information.
- Proven ability to manage and influence stakeholders at different levels, internally and externally.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (particularly Excel), with experience in sales operations or service coordination desirable.
