The Purpose
To support the development and execution of global PR and Communications strategies that elevate brand awareness, strengthen brand desirability, and ensure consistent and high-quality execution across markets. This role plays a pivotal part in delivering PR programmes, managing press activities, coordinating brand storytelling, and ensuring seamless alignment with global communications priorities.
Main Responsibilities
- PR Editorial & Events
- Support the delivery of the global PR strategy in partnership with the Global Head and market teams.
- Manage day-to-day coordination of the global PR calendar, assets, and guidelines.
- Support the organisation and execution of PR events, press previews, media appointments, and industry engagements.
- Coordinate press interviews, media engagement logistics, entertainment and gifting.
- Manage press photo shoot requests, asset tracking, approvals, and copy/quote alignment.
- Track and analyse PR performance (coverage, and support DMR analysis reporting), share results and recommendations with management.
- Collaborate with regional teams (EMEA & US) to support the Western World PR & events plan.
- Influencers & Dressing Opportunities
- Assist in developing and executing influencer strategies in collaboration with markets.
- Coordinate talent and stylist requests, logistics, asset distribution and approvals.
- Support the identification of influencer and celebrity dressing opportunities aligned to brand goals.
- Monitor competitor influencer and talent activity to inform strategic recommendations.
- Oversee the loans and management of jewellery creations, in collaboration with dedicated teams.
- Maintain styling guidelines and ensure consistent execution across markets.
- Brand Communications & Content
- Support delivery of a multichannel communications plan in line with the brand platform.
- Develop and refine tools for press releases, Q&As, briefing documents, corporate statements, and brand stories.
- Ensure brand voice and messaging consistency across all PR and communication outputs.
- Track platform engagement to inform insights and optimisation.
- Coordinate brand presence at external industry events, trade shows, conferences.
- Support management of brand comms budgets, ensuring alignment with guidelines.
- Help manage external communications agencies and production partners.
- Collaborate closely with brand and product marketing teams to ensure availability and accuracy of press-facing assets.

- Significant experience in international PR and communications, ideally within luxury and jewellery sector.

- Excellent writing, editing and communication skills across multiple formats.
- Highly organised, attention to detail driven, comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously and ability to bring people together.
- Proactive, open-minded, solutions oriented mindset with strong commercial awareness.
- Experienced in managing external partners and creative agencies.
- Data driven, able to translate insights into recommendations.
