  • Maintain accurate shipment status updates for loose diamonds, stock levels and outstanding documentation to support visibility for product, merchandising and planning teams.
  • Create and maintain dashboards and reports (Excel/Power BI) to track replenishment KPIs, lead times, pass rates, low stock alerts and process performance, ensuring data integrity across all outputs.
  • Prepare and collate documentation for rough and polished diamond shipments, ensuring strict compliance with Customs, Kimberley Process and G7 regulations.
  • Support compliance tracking, audit readiness and document maintenance in partnership with the Diamond Centre Manager.
  • Work with Logistics to monitor inbound shipments, resolve documentation discrepancies and ensure timely processing.
