De Aston School, Academy Trust is seeking an Inclusion and Engagement Manager to lead our Inclusion and Engagement Centre and support students at risk of disengagement. You will join a pastoral team, delivering tailored interventions to re-engage learners and promote wellbeing, behaviour and achievement.
